ABOUT 100 MEN CHALLENGE
The 100 Men Challenge idea started in the 60’s by a man named Buford Karraker moved to Fresno and worked for a ministry call Youth for Christ and around that same time G.L. Johnson moved to Fresno from Texas. They happened to live on the same block, became friends then one day shook hands as both agreed to take this city for Jesus to make a real difference.
CBMC Fresno holds quarterly meetings to bring in a speaker whose subjects vary but all have the same overtones and that is to give attendees a challenge. The 100 men challenge wants men to go above and beyond to make a difference in someone’s life, to make this a better community and to make a real difference in your life and someone’s else’s life.
