One-on-One Man to Man. The older man, who is the Mentor, listens to the younger man. He let’s the younger man freely & openly talk about issues he is experiencing in life. If he wants advice, he can ask the Mentor. Meetings vary from an hour once a week or whatever schedule fits for the younger man. This is not a Bible Study, but can move into a Study, no pressure ever just someone with more experience to listen and give advice when asked. As one grows in life, Young men need encouragement, accountability and sometime just a friendly ear to listen.
